Seven Principles is a an outstanding organization. My Team (Aaron and Jacqui) are fantastic to work with. They walked me through the process every step of the way. I had been using VSOs and I was getting nowhere. They kept transferring out to another office, or quitting their job.
I had been struggling with my rating for several years. Once Aaron and Jacqui took over my case, it took less than 30 days to get a fair increase (from start to finish).
This Team is what I would call “Hyper-Professional”.

I would like to thank Seven Principles for their professionalism, patience and guidance. I lived for fifteen years with a broken body and a complete misunderstanding of how to communicate the many service connected ailments of which I had accumulated. Seven Principles provided the knowledge I needed to be successful. My advice is to call Seven Principles today!

Started with 7 Principles in July 2024, I was then at 60%. Worked with Aaron Roper, he pointed out certain avenues I can take to try to maximize my chances of getting a higher rating. I spoke with one of their Doctors. I had a review session with Aaron and then went to see the doctors set up by the VA. I finally spoke with individuals who were there for me. I’m happy to report I received a 100% rating back on the 21 January 2025. I tried for 13yrs to get an increase but to no avail. Ms Jaclyn Haggerty kept in touch while I was waiting for VA’s decision. Had a bumpy start with Seven Principles where i talked to numerous people and things may have gotten out of order. I was finally connect with one person Marti Russ who not only fixed any mistakes done she also stuck by me through my entire processes of filing a claim. She coached me, guided me every step of the way and above all she always made me feel heard. There was times I wanted to pick up the phone and make a call to her and she was almost always available. If at that very moment she couldnt answer, she would quickly response with her next availability letting me know she is here to help. Thanks to Marti i got service connected and the compensation i deserved. Thank Marti !
